The NCC Packaging Design & Product Development

Packaging and promotional graphics for STANLEY and Westinghouse, designed for real-world retail environments.

Project Overview

Create packaging and promotional graphics for NCC supporting STANLEY and Westinghouse across retail and print, and develop production-ready layouts and cohesive packaging systems that ensure strong brand consistency and effective execution in real-world retail environments.

The Challenge

The goal is to create packaging and promotional materials that are visually consistent, easy to read, and production-ready across multiple product applications. The designs maintain brand consistency, improve readability, support strong retail presentation, and clearly organize product information for easy consumer understanding.

Design Approach

Focused on creating bold, structured layouts that balance strong branding with clear communication. Key priorities include typography hierarchy, clean composition, retail visibility, production-ready execution, and consistent branding systems. STANLEY and Westinghouse brand guidelines inform layout structure, typography choices, and color usage throughout the project, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable visual system.

Final Deliverables

The final outcome is a cohesive collection of packaging and branding materials designed for both retail and print applications. Deliverables include packaging graphics, product layouts, retail-ready artwork, branding assets, and fully prepared production files.

Outcome

This project strengthens my understanding of production-ready design systems and working within established brand guidelines for nationally recognized retail brands. It builds skills in packaging system development, maintaining branding consistency, structuring clear visual hierarchy, and preparing print-ready files through real production workflows.
