Project Overview
At The SandPaper, I design weekly classified sections, create advertisements for clients, and assemble publication layouts across multiple issues. My work focuses on organizing large volumes of content into clear, readable layouts while developing effective advertisements that support client goals.
The Challenge
Each publication required balancing dense classified content, advertisements of varying sizes, and strict production deadlines. The challenge was maintaining consistency, readability, and visual organization while accommodating new content and advertiser needs each week.
Design Approach
A structured grid system and clear typographic hierarchy were used to create organized, easy-to-navigate publication layouts across multiple issues. Weekly classified sections were designed in Adobe InDesign alongside custom advertisements tailored to a variety of clients. By maintaining consistent layout standards, spacing, and visual hierarchy, each publication delivered a cohesive reading experience while effectively showcasing advertiser content.
